Congratulations to Vicky Clowes who won two of the three awards at the recent Northern Thunder awards Evening.

The presentation evening was the first of its kind in the newly formed, Northern Thunder and a fantastic evening was had by all!!

Vicky was rewarded with ENTL Players Player and Managers player.

Paul Harper, Head coach of Thunder ENTL and our very own Head Coach said "I'm so proud of what Vicky has achieved and thoroughly deserves this recognition. I now hope that she will take the next step up the ladder and play superleague netball for the 2009/10 season.

I would also like to add that all our club girls who have represented Northern Thunder ENTL, have done us proud. Ellie Gosling, Steph Murphy, Sophie Morgan, Laura Chisnall, Sam Thomas, Bethan Barker, Hannah Phillips & Nicol Halliwell. I hope that some of these girls will also challenge for Superleague places next season.

I would also like to wish Vicky, Steph, Sam & Sophie the very best of luck in their forthcoming U19's England screening."
