Tameside girls selected for first round of NTL

The first round of the NTL got underway on Sat 5th Dec 2009 at the EIS Sheffield.
All the Talent League squads all played their first round match at the EIS and the standard of netball was just fantastic to watch.
It was also great to see so many of our girls selected to play.
Northern Thunder: Sam Thomas, Steph Murphy & Kerrianne Cawley.
Leeds Carnegie: Aimee Standring
Loughborough: Lauren Palmer
Celtic Dragons: Sophie Morgan, Nia Jones
Paul Harper celebrated Northern Thunders first win against last years champions Surrey Storm. It was the icing on the cake for the birthday boy!
